On May 17th, 1998, David Wells became the 13th pitcher in the modern era to toss a perfect game, retiring all 27 Minnesota Twins that came to the plate. This official Budig American League baseball, game used that day, is signed and inscribed “David Wells 5/17/98” on the sweet spot in blue ink. The ball shows wear consistent with game use, and is accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA.
