This Chicago Bears home jersey was game worn by Mike Singletary on November 2, 1992, at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL, a 38-10 loss to the visiting Minnesota Vikings. Manufactured by Wilson, the jersey design is an NFL classic, dark blue with the NFL shield at the neckline, and the #50 in white and orange on the front, back and both sleeves. The Wilson manufacturer’s label on the front left tail has “MINNESOTA 11/2/92” handwritten in black ink by an unknown hand. A small box tag reading size “44” is attached to the label, above another small tag reading “EP.” The Wilson logo is stitched next to the number on both sleeves, above orange and white stripes encircling the sleeves and cuffs, centered by the letters “GSH” in honor of bears founder George Halas. The back of the jersey reads “SINGLETARY” in matching style as the numbers, and the #5 on the back is signed and inscribed “MICHAEL SINGLETARY GAME WORN 11/2/1992 vs. MINN” in bold black marker. Jersey shows moderate game usage, and comes with an LOA from PSA/DNA and from noted game use expert Dave Miedema. .
