The New York Football Giants have been a member of the National Football League since 1925, and in that time they’ve won 8 League Championships, including 4 pre-Super Bowl era titles to go with their 4 Super Bowl victories. And while each of those championships was unique and exciting in its own right, none can compare to their 7th title in Super Bowl XLII. A 10-6 wild card team in the NFC, New York was a heavy underdog against the undefeated AFC representative, the juggernaut New England Patriots. The Giants found a way to win, however, squeezing out a 17-14 win in one of the most exciting Super Bowls ever played. This Riddell New York Giants football helmet is signed by 34 members of that Super Bowl Champion team. Included here are: Head Coach Tom Coughlin, Eli Manning, Michael Strahan, Amani Toomer, Brandon Jacobs, Justin Tuck, Osi Umenyiora, Plaxico Burress, Antonio Pierce, Chris Snee, R.W. McQuarters and Jeff Feagles. All players have signed the helmet in silver marker, with many inscribing jersey numbers with their names. The helmet is accompanied by an RRAuctions Certificate, as well as an LOA from PSA/DNA.
