Super Bowl XLII featured the much anticipated Eli Manning - Tom Brady showdown. Although the Pats were 12 point favorites it was the Giants who pulled off a last-minute touchdown to win 17-14. This is one of the balls used during the game which has been signed by New England's quarterback Tom Brady. The Wilson "The Duke" Official NFL football has the special Super Bowl XLII logo in gold on one panel and the date of the game and participants stamped into an adjacent panel. The ball is number 21 of 53 ball used in the game and shows light game use with some scuffs and turf marks present. Brady has signed a panel in bold silver pen.
