A Special Teams NFL Game Ball, presented to Charlie Garner following the Philadelphia Eagles 28-19 victory over the New York Giants on 11/19/95. In the game, Garner rushed 13 times for 58 yards and returned 3 kicks for 71 yards. 2 of the football panels are painted white, with the presentation and game information painted onto the white background. Beneath the white panels, on one of the 2 brown panels, Garner has signed & inscribed “11/19/95 Charlie Garner 25” in silver marker. This item comes with a facsimile signed LOA from Garner stating authenticity, as well as a COA from PSA/DNA (Z94771).
