Charlie Garner wore these black and maroon shoulder pads as a member of the Oakland Raiders. The pads have been tagged on the front with Garner’s name as well as his #25. Garner has signed on the front of the pads “CHARLIE GARNER 25” in silver marker. The pads show heavy game use, and come with a facsimile signed LOA by Garner. The signature is also accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA (Z94756).
