An NFL Game Ball, presented to Charlie Garner following the Philadelphia Eagles 37-34 victory over the Washington Redskins on 10/8/95. In the game, Garner rushed 9 times for 120 yards, including a 55-yard run in the 1st quarter that accounted for 1 of his 3 touchdowns on the day. 2 of the football panels are painted white, with the presentation and game information painted onto the white background. Beneath the white panels, on one of the 2 brown panels, Garner has signed & inscribed “Charlie Garner 30” in silver marker. This item comes with a facsimile signed LOA from Garner stating authenticity, as well as a COA from PSA/DNA (Z94765).
