In 1999, Major League Baseball conducted a fan vote to determine the All-Century team. The final roster consisted of 30 players total; 9 pitchers, 10 outfielders, 3 shortstops, and 2 players at each of the other 4 positions. Thus Official Budig American League Baseball collects the signatures of 12 of the 18 living (at the time) players named to the All-Century Team. Included on this baseball, all signed in blue ink, are Hank Aaron, Nolan Ryan, Pete Rose, Johnny Bench, Stan Musial, Mike Schmidt, Willie Mays, Warren Spahn, Brooks Robinson, Ernie Banks, Yogi Berra, and a beautiful Cal Ripken, Jr. signature graces the sweet spot. Incredibly, 5 of the remaining 6 players absent from this ball are still living, and there is still plenty of room on the ball to add the likes of Sandy Koufax, Bob Gibson, Ken Griffey, Jr., Roger Clemens and Mark McGwire! The ball comes with an LOA from PSA/DNA.
