Cover pencils and pencils by legendary Jack Kirby, inks by Steve Ditko and script by Stan Lee. First appearance of the green Hulk and the Toad Men in "The Terror of the Toad Men". Full color, 36 pages and a cover price of $0.12. This issue has minor spine roll, minor corner wear, some spine stress and a minor tear on the back cover.
