After 6 AL Pennants and 4 World Series Championships, Hall of Fame Manager Joe Torre was fired by the New York Yankees after the 2007 season, only to be hired in 2008 by the LA Dodgers. This size-48 button-down, gray mesh L.A. Dodgers road jersey has Torre’s name and number 6 sewn on the back under a small MLB logo patch in blue tackle twill, with the Dodgers cursive Los Angeles logo stitched in blue across the front above the number 6 in red. The Majestic manufacturers label is adhered to the front left tail with size 48 flag and “Property of Los Angeles Dodgers 2009” faded patch attached, with Cool Base tag at the seam. A “6 48 09” strip tag patch is sewn into the back of the collar. The jersey shows moderate wear, and comes with LOA from noted game worn jersey expert Dave Miedema.
