The friendly outfielder was the face of the Braves during their decades-long tour of the second division. During the 1980-83 seasons in which this bat was used, Murphy was a three-time All-Star, won four Gold Glove Awards and two National League MVP Awards. The Louisville Slugger B310 model bat shows outstanding use with a secured handle crack. Many ball marks with stitch impassions are visible along with black ink transfers and cleat imprints. There is a light coat of pine tar mid-handle and Murphy's number "3" is hand written on the knob end in blue marker. Letter of Authenticity (1B11049) from PSA/DNA who have graded this bat a GU 9.
