Now identified in everyone's mind as a Cub due to his 22 win-Cy Young Award season for Chicago in 2015, Jake Arrieta actually got his start as an Oriole. Between 2010 and 2013 Arrieta bounced back and forth between the minors and Baltimore as he tried to break into the rotation. When he finally made the majors for good, he was hampered by a mediocre Oriole offense before he was traded to Chicago. Now backed by good defense and run support, Arrieta was able to post the numbers that won him the first Cubs Cy Young winner since Greg Maddox. The Rawlings PRO1000-6K 12 1/4" glove is finished in the tan and black two-tone leather with a fleece wrist strap. "ARRIETA" is embroidered in black on the outside of the thumb. The Rawlings label and patch are both present and intact as is all the black rawhide lacing. The glove shows good game use with wear in the palm and various abrasion and turf marks from use. Comes with LOA from PSA/DNA
