Offered is an 11 x 14 inch “Kentucky State Fair” certificate signed by college basketball coaching legend Adolph Rupp that was presented to Lou Scott of Indiana University on September 10, 1954. The certificate is in good overall condition, showing signs of age and has what appear to be water marks on the lower right corner of the document. Rupp’s signature is not damaged and comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (V05877).
