Graded EX+ 5.5 by PSA. Hall of Famer. This is the only example at its tier (with five graded higher) among a total of eighteen copies recorded in PSA's census reporting. This scarce 3-1/8" x 5-3/16" black-and-white, blank-backed card was created to promote the popular "Home Run Derby" television show. Each episode of that exciting program pitted the game's greatest home run hitters against each other in a power contest. Produced on thin, unforgiving cardstock, examples from this production are prone to exhibit wrinkling and wear. This attractive piece, however, remains barely circulated and features sharp corners. Excellent-plus condition.
