Graded EX-MT+ 6.5 by PSA. Hall of Famer. In 1951, Joe DiMaggio's illustrious career finally came to an end. While Topps and Bowman failed to include the Yankees legend in those companies’ respective sets, Berk Ross decided to feature the popular star in its "Hit Parade of Champions" release. The ’51 Berk Ross cards were issued in panels of two, in the manner of the offered, perforated tandem. Such exemplars are quite difficult to find in top condition, as they were intended to be separated. This example boasts delightful visual appeal, and remains virtually as fresh as the day it was printed. Although specks of wear can be seen at the panel’s corners, and a light bump is found at the bottom right of the Hamner component, the item’s edges and surfaces appear never-touched. Excellent to Mint-plus condition.
