Back in August, we had the pleasure of offering the first 1973 Dolphins championship player's ring ever to reach the auction block (Bob Heinz, $66,000). Now on a related note comes this 14K-gold, fully operable timepiece whose 3/4"-diameter face features the Dolphins logo and "BACK TO BACK WORLD CHAMPION 72 73." EX-MT condition with what appears to be its original blue band.
This lot is one of a quartet of Dolphins ring/watch offerings owned by a Dolphins front-office employee named Audrey Hagen (née Nessheim) who has retained the pieces in her possession ever since receiving them.
