For almost two decades it simply wasn't an All-Star Game without Derek Jeter in the line up. The 2010 Mid-Summer Classic held at Angel Stadium was no different. It was the 11th of 14 All-Star appearances for Jeter and The Captain went 1 for 2 with a walk and strike out. The Rawlings professional model vented batting helmet shows light game use with scuffs and abrasions on the crown and sides, appropriate for a single game. The front has the Yankees "NY" logo in white relief. The back of the helmet has the red Rawlings label and the logo of the 2010 All-Star Game. Jeter's number "2" is in the type style used by the Anaheim Angels who hosted the game that year. Inside of the helmet has the size 7 1/8 Rawlings label and the padding is intact.
