Prior to being selected by the New York Yankees in the 1968 Amateur Baseball Draft, Thurman Munson attended college at Kent State University, where he played ball for the Kent State Golden Flashes. This is a Kent State University Yearbook from 1967, Munson’s final year at the school before turning pro. Munson is included in the baseball team photograph on page 152. The cover of the yearbook shows some minor wear.
