Larkin's .315 average in 1993 led to his being named to his fifth All-Star Game. The Louisville Slugger I13 model bat has been stamped "1993 ALL STAR GAME BALTIMORE MARYLAND" on the barrel. Records show that this bat was one of three ordered on July 5th, 1993 for use in the All-Star Game. The bat shows outstanding use and is un-cracked. Blue and black ink transfers are seen on the barrel which helps make the case for its use during the Mid-Summer Classic - American League balls with blue ink were used in batting practice and the official All-Star Game balls used during the game itself used black ink. The bat may also have been used during the remainder of the regular 1993 season. Larkin has signed the barrel in black marker adding "Game Used". Letter of Authenticity from Barry Larkin and PSA/DNA (1B11124) who have graded this bat a perfect GU 10. All Barry Larkin LOAs contain a facsimile signature from Larkin and are accompanied by a Goldin Auctions LOA confirming the product came directly from Barry Larkin.
