To be in attendance at a game that features a milestone moment is special indeed, and to obtain the signature of the player who owned the moment is virtually once in a lifetime.  And when the player is Tony Gwynn, who died from salivary gland cancer in 2014, the moment attains near mythic status.  A member of the San Diego Padres for his entire 20-year career, Gwynn had already led the NL in hits 7 times and won an astonishing 8 NL Batting Titles (both records), when he finally reached the 3,000 hit plateau on August 6, 1999 at Olympic Stadium in Montreal, Canada.  This full ticket to that game, written in French, has been signed in magnificent blue Sharpie by Tony Gwynn.  The ticket comes PSA/DNA encapsulated, graded at a perfect GEM MT 10.  See Gwynn’s historic 3,000 hit here.
