In 2008, Terry Cummings was voted to the Milwaukee Bucks 40th Anniversary team. As such, he received this octagonal-shaped crystal trophy, measuring approximately 7” in width and 8” in height. The crystal has been engraved with the Bucks 40th Anniversary logo, along with “Terry Cummings 1984-89, 1995-96”. The trophy weighs nearly 4 pounds, comes in an impressive black box, protected in a felt-lined interior. The bottom of the case, which measures 8½ X 9½ X 3 inches, has been tagged with a gold plate reading Terry Cummings, while the front of the box also features the Bucks 40th Anniversary Logo. The trophy was manufactured by Trophy Athletics and comes with a player LOA signed by Cummings himself.
