Reigning NFC Champion quarterback Cam Newton wore this black Carolina Panthers jersey during a preseason game between Carolina and the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia on August 15, 2013. The jersey shows excellent evidence of game use and Newton’s number “1” is sewn on in white and teal tackle twill on the front, back and shoulders. The jersey is a Nike size 38 skill cut with a 2013 year tag and a “B” tag sewn on the inside collar. The teal V-Neck has the NFL logo patch at the base and “KEEP POUNDING” embroidered in black on the inside back collar. “NEWTON” is sewn on in white and teal on a matching black name plate and each sleeve has silver and teal slanted stripes with the Panther logo screen printed at the base of each sleeve. Newton signed his name in black marker on the back number. This jersey comes with a full LOA and photomatch LOA from MeiGray (152456) and a full LOA from PSA/DNA (AA05787).
