With five NBA Championships, two NBA Finals MVP Awards and 16 All-Star appearances, Kobe Bryant is in the top rank of pro basketball giants. All eyes were on Bryant on December 12, 2014 as he needed 30 points to pass Michael Jordan on the all-time scoring list.
These Nike sneakers were laced up and donned by the Lakers superstar and have been photo-matched by authenticators MeiGray to the December 12, 2014 game against the San Antonio Spurs at AT&T Center. The Lakers pulled off a dramatic 112-110 overtime win and Kobe scored 22 points in 40 minutes of court time. While Bryant did not pass MJ on this night, he did surpass Jordan in the Lakers next game in Minnesota. These size M14 Nike sneakers show light game use and are in great condition. Purple Nike "swooshes" are on both the inner and outer sides of each shoe and a black and white speckled wedge runs from the sides to the back. The tread shows light game use and the laces are intact and original. Kobe Bryant facsimile signature is on each tongue and the promo sample labeling is inside each sneaker. These sneakers come with an 8 ½ x 11 inch color photo of Kobe in the 12/12/2014 game and Letter of Authenticity from the MeiGray Group (MGA001048).
