Perhaps no other piece of sports memorabilia is more coveted than a Babe Ruth single-signed baseball. Be it that he was the greatest ball player of all-time, or that his personality was as grandiose as his talent or that his flawless scrip signature just looks right on the sweet spot of a ball, a Babe Ruth signed ball is the cornerstone of any advanced collection. The one we offer here is a particularly attractive example.
The Babe has signed his name to a Cork Center Official League Ball made by W.A. Holt of Waco Texas and dates to the 1930's or 1940's. Ruth has signed the ball's sweet spot in black fountain pen in his picture-perfect script. The ink has faded only slightly with age and the signature remains very strong. There are some slight scuffs to the left of the "B" in Ruth's signature and the ball has some toning throughout, but overall this is a fantastic example of a Babe Ruth single signed ball. Please refer to the high resolution photos on our website for reference. This baseball comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA.
