The original Yankee Stadium in Bronx, NY, famously nicknamed “The House that Ruth Built”, served as home to the New York Yankees from 1923 until 2008. The Yankees clinched 9 World Series Championships at the Stadium, while it also served host to the 1958 NFL Championship Game between the NY Giants and Baltimore Colts (often referred to as the “Greatest Game Ever Played”), numerous Heavyweight Boxing title matches, and 3 Papal masses. These 3 original seat backs were removed from the Stadium prior to its demolition in 2010, and each comes with a COA from Steiner.
