Graded NM 7 by PSA. Hall of Famer. This entry hails from the 1952 Topps issue's much scarcer "High Number" series. Among more than 600 copies recorded in PSA's census reporting, forty-nine examples have been placed at a higher, unqualified tier. Having just finished the first of his eventual trio of MVP seasons, Roy Campanella was a popular figure in the final series of 1952 Topps. This praiseworthy example has a crisp, fresh look that masterfully captures all the glamour of its issue in a single collectible. This is a marvelous Campanella card, with a brilliant image and neon-like background. Near Mint condition.
