On April 7, 1998, Alex Rodriguez took David Wells deep for his second home run of the 1998 campaign during the New York Yankees 13-7 victory. Rodriguez has signed this Official American League Gene A. Budig baseball on the side panel in black pen. The baseball shows evidence of game use and an inscription reads “Alex HR #2 Off David Wells 4/7/98”. This baseball comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (AA07032). Please note, PSA/DNA has indicated in their letter that the inscription “has been written in an unknown hand.”
