Former Major League infielder Jose Vizcaino had a solid 18-year career with several teams collecting 1,453 hits during that time. Two-and-half of those years from 1994-1996 were spent with the New York Mets – p laying in the second most games (334) for the teams he played for, only playing more for the Houston Astros (559).

      Offered is the jersey Vizcaino wore for the Mets during the 1994 season. This white button-down Russell Athletic size 44 jersey with blue pinstripes features “Mets” sewn on across the chest in blue, orange and white tackle twill. Vizcaino’s number “15” is sewn on in the same color pattern on the left center chest. The back of the jersey has “VIZCAINO” and his number “15” sewn on in blue, orange and white tackle twill. The left sleeve has the commemorative “25th Anniversary Miracle Mets” square patch, while the right sleeve has the “MLB 125th Anniversary” rectangle patch above the embroidered blue Russell Athletic logo.
