Former infielder Bret Boone spent the last part of the 2005 season with the Minnesota Twins when he was traded by the Seattle Mariners on July 11th. Boone played in 14 games with the Twins and wore this Majestic size 44 navy blue Minnesota Twins button-down alternate road jersey. This jersey features “MINNESOTA” sewn on across the chest in white and red tackle twill. Red piping runs along the collar and down both sides of the buttons. Boone’s number “21” is sewn on in the front left center in red and white tackle twill and the Majestic tag with the team patch with “21 44 05” identification has been sewn on the bottom front left tail. The back of the jersey has “BOONE” sewn on in red and white on a matching navy blue name plate and his number “21” is sewn on in red and white below his name. The left sleeve has the Minnesota Twins logo patch above the embroidered white Majestic logo, while the right sleeve has a commemorative “40th Anniversary 1965 American League Champions” patch. Each sleeve also has red piping an inch of the ends and the MLB logo patch is sewn on the base of the back neck. Boone signed his name in black marker on the middle of the back “2” of his “21”. The jersey shows light use and comes with a full LOA from Bret Boone who has verified the use and his signature on this jersey.
