Former Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Edwin Jackson pitched a no-hitter against the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field in Tampa on June 25, 2010. Amazingly, Jackson threw 149 pitches to complete the no-hitter for the 1-0 victory and offered are the cleats and fielder’s glove he wore for this historic performance.

The gray hi-top Nike Huarache model metal cleats are a size 13 with the black “swoosh” on each side and a black outline around the toes. These cleats display outstanding use with heavy dirt stains on the right cleat, the foot the right-handed Jackson would have pushed off with. The undersides of the cleats have caked on dirt on the metal spikes. Jackson’s number “36” has been hand written in black marker on the base of each heel and an ankle strap runs across the top of the laces with “HUARACHE” embroidered in black. Each cleat comes with an individual MLB Authenticated hologram (LH 961413 – Right, LH 961414 – Left) that authenticates these shoes to Jackson’s no-hitter game.

Also included in this lot is the fielder’s glove Jackson wore during the game. This all-black Rawlings PRO200-3KB 12-inch glove displays moderate use and has “E.J.” embroidered in red along the outside of the thumb. The Rawlings logo is embroidered on the top of the thumb with the Rawlings patch sewn on the back of the fingers. The outer laces are red and this glove has an inner fleece lined wrist strap. This glove comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (LH 961412) which has been dated to Jackson’s no-hitter game.
