One of the most charismatic players in baseball history, Leroy Robert "Satchel" Paige was the oldest rookie to ever play in Major League history at 42 years old. After dominating the Negro Leagues for 20 years, Paige made two Major League All-Star teams in his late 40's and was the first ever Negro Leagues player voted into the Hall of Fame in 1971, 11 years before he passed away. This beautiful 3 x 5 inch index card has been signed " Satchel Paige" in strong blue fountain pen from one of the greatest to ever take the hill. This card has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA as “AUTHENTIC” (83183038).
