There have been only twenty-three Perfect Games thrown in the history of Major League Baseball. One of those pitchers was Len Barker, who threw his perfect game on May 15, 1981 with the Cleveland Indians against the Toronto Blue Jays at Municipal Stadium in Cleveland.

This Official Major League Allan H. Selig baseball has been signed and heavily inscribed by Barker. Barker signed his name on the sweet spot in black pen and inscribed “P.G. 5-15-81”. Barker inscribed every panel. One panel reads: “IT was Friday May 15th 1981. We Played The Blue Jays. I Arrived late To The Ballpark.” Another panel reads: “Because I picked up my brother AT The Airport. The weather was cold and Drizzly.” Another panel reads: “The game started I was Throwing The Ball Really Good. Great Control Of Fastball and curve. After First 4 innings I only had 1 Strikeout”. The last panel reads: “Next 17 Batters I Faced Strikeout 11 Out of 17. Toby Harrah + Rick Manning came up to me And said we know you can do it. The Rest is history. 10th Perfect Game in MLB History.” This signed and inscribed baseball comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (AB98587).
