Dear Earl:
I am wondering why I have not heard from you since we sent you a contract in accordance with your letter of April 16. If you have decided not to play, will you please return the contract to me and tell me the reason for your decision.
I shall look forward to hearing from you without delay as we are making our final plans for our squad at the present time.
Best wishes.
Sincerely yours,
(Signed George Halas)
President”
Both 8 ½ x 11 inch letters show slight toning but the print on both are clear and Halas’ signatures are clear as well. These letters come with individual LOAs from PSA/DNA (AA07803 & AA07804).
