Former tight end John Hilton spent five seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers in the late 1960s, where he played in 66 games and had 108 receptions for 1,494 yards. Later in his career Hilton also caught Bart Starr’s last ever touchdown pass when he was with the Green Bay Packers in 1970.

Offered is the home jersey worn by Hilton during the 1966 and 1967 seasons. This size 50 Rawlings knit black jersey has Hilton’s number “82” sewn on in white tackle on the front, back and sleeves. The sleeves are long cut down to the elbows with elbow pad stitching and the jersey is accented in yellow on the shoulders making a slight “V” on the chest and back. The jersey shows excellent game use with dirt stains and scuff marks, especially prevalent on the numbers. The Rawlings tag, the wash tag and “Pittsburgh Sport Shop, inc” tag are sewn on a black patch that has been sewn on the crotch strap in the front. This game used jersey comes with both a LOA and COA from Ron Curtis-Pittsburgh Steelers Authentic Memorabilia Game-Used/Memorabilia Manager and has a Steelers Authentic Memorabilia hologram (GU 103459).
