Former tight end Tony Jeter played in nine games for the Pittsburgh Steelers during the 1966 season, catching two passes for 18 yards. Offered is the home jersey worn by Jeter during the 1966 season as Jeter did not play during the 1967 season. This size 48 Rawlings knit black jersey has Jeter’s number “84” sewn on in white tackle on the front, back and sleeves. The sleeves are long cut down to the elbows with elbow pad stitching and the jersey is accented in yellow on the shoulders making a slight “V” on the chest and back. The jersey shows moderate game use and is in excellent condition given the age. The Rawlings tag, the wash tag and “Pittsburgh Sport Shop, inc” tag are sewn on a black patch that has been sewn on the crotch strap in the front. This game used jersey comes with COA from Ron Curtis-Pittsburgh Steelers Authentic Memorabilia Game-Used/Memorabilia Manager and has a Steelers Authentic Memorabilia hologram (GU 103461).
