Hall of Famers Eddie Mathews and Warren Spahn have each signed this 8 x 10 inch black and white photograph in bold blue marker. The picture shows the greats in the locker room in their home Braves’ jersey with Spahn’s arm around Mathews. Also included in this lot is a full ticket from Game 2 of the 1956 World Series for Milwaukee County Stadium. What makes this ticket unique is that the Braves did not make the World Series in 1956, falling one game short of the National League Champion Brooklyn Dodgers. This ticket is white with blue and red print and has “MILWAUKEE COUNTY STADIUM” and the Braves “Chief” logo on both stub ends. The dual-signed photograph comes with a COA from JSA (D29479).
