Soon-to-be Hall of Famer Derek Jeter was in the peak of his career in 2004. After appearing in five World Series from 1998-2003, winning three of them, the Yankees were poised to continue their domination of the American League. The 2004 season saw the all-star shortstop play in 154 games, batting .292 with 23 home runs and 78 RBI, while winning a gold glove as the Yankees won the American League East, before falling to the Boston Red Sox in the American League Championship Series.

This Russell Athletic size 48 home New York Yankees button-down pinstripe jersey was worn by Jeter during the 2004 season. The jersey features the traditional interlocking “NY” sewn on in navy blue tackle twill. Jeter’s number “2” sewn on in back in navy blue and the MLB logo patch sewn on the upper back neck. The Russell athletic tag is sewn on the bottom front left tail with a 2” EXTRA LENGTH flap attached. The jersey shows moderate wear with some loose and moderate frayed stitching. This game used Derek Jeter jersey comes with full LOA from Yankees-Steiner Sports (32260).
