Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz joined the 500 Home Run Club when he hit his second of two home runs of Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Matt Moore during the Red Sox’s 10-4 victory at Tropicana Field on September 12, 2015. Offered is a heavily used game ball from that September 12th game. This particular Official Major League Robert D. Manfred baseball was foul-tipped to the screen by Asdrubal Cabrera from a pitch by Rick Porcello in the bottom of the second inning. Ortiz signed this baseball on the sweet spot in bold blue pen and inscribed “500 HR” and “9-12-15”. This baseball comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ 597162) for the game use and a COA from PSA/DNA (AB69846) for his signature and inscriptions.
