Graded Perfect 10 by GAI. Hall of Famer. Jackie Robinson's contributions to the sport of baseball are well-documented, and his positive influence in American culture will be forever appreciated. This splendid 1955 Topps collectible, the next-to-last regular gum card on which Robinson was be featured during his career, is as worthy a symbol of his legend as one could ever imagine in a "mere" piece of cardboard. GAI has conferred its most elite assessment upon this trading card. (It should be noted that the grading standards followed by GAI may not directly correspond to those employed by BGS, PSA or SGC. The outcome of a cross-over of this superb piece through any of those other third-party services, then, would be uncertain.) All four of this impeccable card's corners culminate in razor-sharp points, and its print, surface and gloss are spectacular. Perfect condition.
