The bat has been photo-matched to shots taken of Giancarlo Stanton batting against the Los Angeles Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds from April 25 through May 1, 2011. Copies of the photos used to photo-match the bat are included. The Louisville Slugger P147 model bat shows outstanding use with a secured handle crack. Many ball marks with stitch impressions are on the barrel and blue ink transfers are visible. Cleat imprints are on the barrel and a light coat of pine tar has been applied to the lower handle. The date of manufacture “01/18/2011”, length “33.5” and weight “31.0” have been stamped into the knob. Stanton’s number “27” has been hand written on the knob and barrel ends in black marker. This bat comes with a Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA (1B10184) who have graded this bat a GU 9.5.
