Roger Clemens inched closer to the 300-win milestone after he and the New York Yankees defeated the Oakland A’s 5-2 on May 10, 2003. Clemens went 6 2/3 innings, allowing one run on six hits to earn the victory. This Official Major League Allan H. Selig baseball was used during this game and shows heavy use with numerous scuff marks and abrasions. Clemens signed his name in blue pen across the sweet spot and inscribed “5/10/03 Win #298” and “6H/1R/5Ks”. This baseball comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (AA07836) and a LOA from Comes with Letter of Authenticity from Mead Chasky of MC Sports who received the baseball thru his contacts with the New York Yankees.
