October Legends Closing October 29

Dwight Gooden was just 19 years old when he made his Major League debut in 1984. After just two seasons in the league, Doc owned a Rookie of the Year and a Cy Young award, and by the end of 1986, he would add a World Series ring to his collection. These two undershirts, both white with blue sleeves, have been signed and inscribed “Doc Gooden Game Used” in blue marker. One shirt, manufactured by Starter, has “DOC 16” handwritten in black marker on the back collar, while the other, a Mizuno shirt, has “16” in the same location, also in black. Doc has signed the Starter shirt on the chest, while the Mizuno was turned inside out before Doc added his signature. These signed undershirts, with game use authenticated by Gooden himself, have been pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
