As originally issued in 2000, this majestic treasure chest (6-/14" x 8-1/4" x 17-1/4"; #80/#200) begins with a quintet of autographed Living Legend cards (#20/50) featuring Larry Bird, Bill Russell, Julius Erving, Magic Johnson and Michael Jordan. Lifting the custom-made wood tray reveals a second tier of NBA glory, with two "chase" cards (Wilt Chamberlain Game-Used Warm-Up [#79/200] and Michael Jordan Game Used Legendary Floor [#34/100]), plus a third chase card in the still-sealed "Mystery Pack." Below that trio rest 16 standard NBA Legends cards (#79/200) highlighted by the aforementioned superstars and many more. All of the set's cards remain in their original encapsulation and therefore grade Mint; the case—with its embossed and stylized lid, highlights tray and conforming-foam interior—is NM/MT.
