Presented here is a lot of four game used bats from sluggers of the 1980s and 1990s. The first bat, a Mizuno World Win Model, was used by Jose Canseco, a power hitter who twice led the American League in home runs during his time with the Oakland A’s. The 1988 AL MVP used this ash bat during the 1995 and 1996 seasons, his only two with the Boston Red Sox. This bat is cracked and shows moderate to heavy use. This item comes with a PSA/DNA LOA (1B10928).
The second bat, an H&B Louisville Slugger B343 model bat, was used by Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Joe Carter. Carter is best known for his walkoff home run in the 1993 World Series, handing the Blue Jays a 4-2 series victory over the Philadelphia Phillies. Carter used this black ash bat between the 1991 and 1997 seasons. In this period Carter hit 203 of his 396 home runs. This bat is cracked and shows heavy use. Carter’s number “29” is written on the knob in silver Sharpie. This item comes with a PSA/DNA LOA (1B10927).
The third bat was used and signed by Harold Reynolds. Reynolds used this Rawlings Adirondack Big Stick 421S model bat during the 1992 season, his final year with the Seattle Mariners. The slick fielding second baseman hit three home runs with 33 RBI that season. Reynolds signed the barrel of this ash bat in black Sharpie. “Reynolds 31” is written on the knob in black ballpoint pen. This bat is cracked and shows moderate to heavy use. This item comes with a PSA/DNA LOA (1B10929) for game use and a PSA/DNA COA (AB73578) for the signature.
The final bat in this lot, is a two-toned black and tan Cooper C271 model bat that was used by Cecil Fielder. The power hitting first baseman used this bat between 1993 and 1995, his final full seasons with the Detroit Tigers. Fielder hit 89 of his 319 home runs during this period. This bat features a light coat of Mota Stick on the handle and shows heavy use and is cracked. Fielder signed the barrel of the bat in gold Sharpie. This bat has been graded a PSA/DNA GU 9 and comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B10930) for game use and a PSA/DNA COA (AB73577) for the signature.
