Over the past decade, Robinson Cano has been the premier offensive second baseman in the American League. A five-time Silver Slugger Award winner, Cano began his career with the New York Yankees in 2005. Cano signed a 10-year, $240 million contract with the Seattle Mariners before the 2014 season. The batting gloves offered here were used during Cano’s first season with the Mariners. Cano was named to the American League All-Star team that season, and finished with 14 home runs, 82 RBI, and a healthy .314 batting average.
These gloves are white and teal Nike MVP Elite Pro models. On the underside of the wrist is the #22, Cano’s number for the Mariners. The gloves show excellent signs of use, including extensive amounts of pine tar staining. Cano signed the left glove below the index finger. This item comes with PSA/DNA COA (X56177) and a Robinson Cano LOA.
