     Offered here is a 16 x 20 signed photograph of Muhammad Ali. Ali signed this photo using his birth name, Cassius Clay. Ali, one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all-time, compiled a career record of 50 wins and 6 losses. He was renowned for his lightning quick footwork and vicious jabs capable of laying a man out in one punch. Ali was not only a great fighter, but also one of the most well known and respected social activists of the 20th century. He staunchly opposed the Vietnam War, nearly ending his boxing career in the process. Ali’s combination of athletic prowess and social activism made him one of the most beloved and iconic Americans of the modern age.

     This photograph features Ali at the beginning of his career, hands raised in victory. Clad in a pair of white Everlast boxing trunks, Ali is the physical manifestation of a champion. He is standing in his corner, surrounded by members of his team. Ali signed the photograph over his torso, writing “Cassius Clay” in small letters with black Sharpie. This photograph measures 16 x 20 inches and comes in a 24 x 30 inch frame. This item comes with a LOA from from JSA (Y90714).
