The 2009-10 season was a memorable one for fans of the New Orleans Saints. Achieving a franchise record 13 wins, the unstoppable Saints offense marched to Super Bowl XLIV, where they ran into Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts. Drew Brees and Co. swept aside the Colts 31-17, leaving Sun Life Stadium as Super Bowl Champions for the first time in franchise history.
This gold helmet was signed by nine members of the 09-10 Saints, including Drew Brees, Reggie Bush, Marques Colston, Robert Meachem, Darren Sharper, Tracy Porter, Pierre Thomas, Lance Moore, and the late Will Smith. The players signed the helmet on the right side in black Sharpie, framing the Saints iconic fleur-de-lis logo in their signatures. This item comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (AC04087).
