Offered are two original photographs of the Yankee Clipper Joe DiMaggio. Includes: 1) a 7 x 9 inch wire photo taken of DiMaggio during his address on October 1, 1949 at Yankee Stadium during Joe DiMaggio Day. This photo includes the original paper caption on the back along with the International News Photo stamp. 2) an 8 x 10 inch press photo of DiMaggio standing at the dugout steps, apparently waiting his turn to bat. Stamped on the verso “JOE DIMAGGIO NEW YORK YANKEES”. Both are in excellent condition.
