Hall of Famer Dave Winfield spent the final season of his storied career with the Cleveland Indians. His timing was perfect as the upstart Tribe were on the ascent, culminating in the franchise’s first World Series appearance since 1954 in 1995. Despite Winfield only appearing in 46 games, his veteran presence in a lineup that featured a young Manny Ramirez and Jim Thome was enough to lift Cleveland to the American League pennant after a 100-44 regular season record.

Winfield wore this size 50 Russell Athletic road gray button-down Cleveland Indians jersey during his final Major League season in 1995. “Cleveland” is sewn on the front in red, navy blue and white tackle twill with a paraph. Navy blue piping runs around the collar and down both sides of the buttons and on each sleeve end. The back of the jersey has “WINFIELD” sewn on in red and navy blue tackle twill on a matching gray name plate, which is above his number “31” that is sewn on in red and navy blue. The left sleeve has the Chief Wahoo patch sewn on while the left sleeve has the embroidered red and blue Russell Athletic logo. The Russell Athletic size 50 tag along with a faded “95” tag are sewn on the bottom front left tail. Winfield has signed his name on both sides of the jersey, with the front signed in red and inscribed “95” and the back signed in black marker between his name and number. This jersey shows moderate use with two odd stains on the left side and back left tail. This jersey comes with a full LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema and a photo match from Resolution Photomatching, along with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (AC04468), which authenticates both of his signatures.
