Presented here is an Official Major League Allan H. Selig baseball, game ready from Derek Jeter’s last home game at Yankee Stadium on September 25, 2014. Jeter served as a tremendous asset to the Yankees during their incredible success in the late 1990s and early 2000’s. Jeter was a five-time World Series Champion, a 14-time All-Star, a five-time Gold Glove Award winner, and had reached 3,000 career hits among many other accomplishments. This ball was to be used in Jeter’s last home game against the Baltimore Orioles, a game in which he would have the game winning walk-off hit, beating them 6-5.
This ball includes a glass case, with a picture of Jeter in the background, as well as a small wooden pedestal, that includes his accolades. This item measures 5 x 5 inches. This ball is MLB Authenticated (HZ 556699) and comes with a LOA from Steiner Sports.
